A transport service helps individuals or businesses move their belongings from one location to another, either locally or long-distance. Services often include loading, transporting, unloading, and sometimes packing & unpacking as an extra service.


Costs vary depending on the size of the move, distance, number of movers needed, and any additional services (like packing). A small local move will be cheaper, while long-distance move will be more expensive.


Ideally, book at least a few days in advance. For peak seasons (summer or end of month), earlier booking is advised.


We operate in all over Australia. For special requests outside of these areas, please contact our support team.

We recommend booking at least a few days in advance to ensure availability. However, we do accept same-day, or urgent bookings based on availability.


Yes, you can modify your booking by contacting our customer service team. Please try to make changes at least two days before your scheduled time.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers. Invoicing options are available too.

Before The Move

  • Declutter and dispose of unwanted items
  • Label boxes clearly
  • Pack fragile items securely
  • Ensure parking and access for the removal truck
  • Disconnect appliances if needed


Not necessarily. We offer packing services. However, you can choose to pack items yourself to save money.


Most companies will not transport:

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., fuel, chemicals)
  • Perishables
  • Valuables like cash, jewellery, or important documents


During The Move

Though it is not required, it's highly recommended, You, can supervise, answer questions, and do a final walk-through to ensure nothing is left behind.


This depends on the number of items, distance, and access at each location.


After The Move

Report the damage to the company as soon as possible via email or text.


We offer disassembly and reassembly services but confirm in advance as this may be an add-on service.
